Responsibilities for CTMs' include introducing new products, promoting improved distribuition, and ensuring in-store promotion results. An in-depth training program is provided as well as on-going team meetings. A full compensation package includes medical, dental, and visioncoverage as well a 401k plan. A competitive base salary includes a car allowance and incentives.
